From Long Island Expressway (Route 495) - Take
Exit 56 South (Route 111)
From Southern State Parkway - Take Exit 43 South

From Sunrise Highway (Route 27) - Take Exit 45
South (Route 111)
Go South on Route 111 to the very end. This is a “T”
intersection with Montauk Highway / Route 27A. Make a right turn.
At the first traffic light, make a left turn onto South Bay Avenue.
We are the second building on the left, on the corner of South
Bay Avenue and Lazare Lane. It is a one story yellow building
that faces Lazare Lane. The parking lot is in the front of the
building and our sign faces South Bay Avenue.
