How Does the Service Work?
Simply contact our office at 631-277-2700 or 1-888-933-6328 to schedule a conference or click here to schedule online. Our staff will confirm the date and time, ask whether you will be calling out to the other party or they will be dialing in, how many people will be on-site and the approximate length of the conference.

What can I expect when I arrive?
You will be greeted and directed to comfortable surroundings with refreshments. Our experienced staff will be available to assist you throughout the conference.

How reliable is the system?
Our system is extremely reliable. Nevertheless, we test the equipment with the second location a day in advance of the scheduled conference to ensure that the audio and visual reception is clear.

What type of equipment is used?
The Long Island Video Conference Centers uses state-of-the-art equipment manufactured by Polycom that includes an integrated sound system that raises the bar for quality audio. During a video conference, voices from far-end participants project in stereo. With dual speakers and dual microphones, you’ll hear each speaker clearly, easily decipher multiple simultaneous conversations and experience pure, rich sound and with our large video screen, reception is exceptionally clear. We also offer a second screen that can display documents for viewing throughout the conference.
